We´re a Spanish Fashion group, with more than 40 years experience in retail. We have two top Fashion brands: Md´ M and VAN-DOS which they´re sold in more than 1,500 multi-brand stores across 28 countries and through our e-commerce platforms.
In 1997, Texvall Premium S.L.U incorporates Bodegas y Viñedos Tamaral, a familiar winery which opens its doors in Ribera del Duero area. Passion and high quality Spanish wines with an international exposure.
Our group´s value chain has integrated all the key elements about Fashion and Retail business: independent design´s team for each firm, logistics, distribution, selling and the best network of international and national clients and retailers.
During all of our years at the business, the group has grown through a strategic internalization plan adapted to each firm. At the same time, our business model has been adapted over time according to the market´s trends.
